Who we may share it with

  • The trained, police-checked cleaners assigned to your job.
  • Service providers who help us run our business (form intake, email, SMS, payments, hosting, analytics).
  • Your plan manager, insurer, case manager or referrer where you have asked us to liaise with them.
  • Government agencies where required by law.

Consequences if you do not provide it

You can choose not to provide your personal information, but this may mean we are unable to give you a quote, confirm your booking or deliver the requested service.

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers store data on servers located outside Australia, including in the United States and the European Union. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
