Questions
Can I use my NDIS funding for your cleaning?
Plan-managed and self-managed participants can, and we work with both every week. We are not currently a registered NDIS provider, which means agency-managed funding cannot be used for our services. We would rather tell you that up front than have an invoice rejected later.
Do I have to handle the invoicing?
No. We invoice your plan manager or support coordinator direct and supply detailed service notes, so the paperwork does not land on you.
Can visits work around my appointments?
Yes. Scheduling is flexible around therapy, medical appointments and your other supports — tell us what your week looks like and we build the visits around it.
What does an NDIS clean cover?
Everyday cleaning that keeps home comfortable and easy to live in: kitchen benches, splashbacks and cabinet fronts, stovetop, microwave and sink, vacuuming and mopping, bins, bathroom and toilet disinfecting, mirrors, tiles and fittings, dusting and tidying, and a linen change on request.
