Cookies & Data Policy
Legal Information & Notices
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This policy explains how NATURO GROUP PTY LTD ATF Hanelg Trust ("we", "our", "us") uses cookies, browser storage and similar tracking technologies on the Naturo Group website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file that a website places on your device to store information. Similar technologies include local storage and session storage (browser-based key/value stores), pixels (tiny images used for tracking) and SDKs embedded by analytics or advertising providers.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to function. We use browser sessionStorage
to remember the contact details you have entered in our quote calculator so you do not
have to type them twice. This data lives only in your browser tab and is cleared when
you close it.
Spam protection
Our enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real browser rather than an automated script. It runs invisibly — there is no puzzle to solve and nothing appears on screen — and it loads only when you open a form, not on every page.
Because it protects the forms themselves from abuse, this check is treated as essential and is not covered by the cookie banner. It does not read what you type: it looks at browser signals only, and Cloudflare does not use the information to build a profile of you or to show you advertising. Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum sets out how they handle it.
Analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, and where traffic comes from. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in our cookie banner.
Session recording & heatmaps
With your consent, we may use Microsoft Clarity to record how pages are used — which links are clicked, how far down a page people scroll, and playbacks of mouse movement and scrolling within a visit. This helps us find pages that are confusing or broken. Clarity automatically masks text you type into forms, and we do not send it your name, email address, phone number or anything else you enter. You can read Microsoft’s privacy statement at privacy.microsoft.com.
Marketing & retargeting
With your consent, we may use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Google Ads tags to show you relevant advertising on those platforms. These tags create custom audiences based on actions taken on our site (for example, requesting a quote) so we can market our services to people who are interested in them.
3. Managing your preferences
You can decline non-essential cookies in our cookie banner the first time you visit and change your preference at any time. You can also:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Opt out of personalised advertising via youronlinechoices.com.au.
- Opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Adjust your Meta ad preferences inside Facebook / Instagram.
- Decline non-essential cookies in our banner, which stops Microsoft Clarity from recording your visit at all.
Disabling cookies may affect how the site functions; for example the quote calculator may not remember your details between page visits.
4. Lead capture data
When you submit your name, phone and email to view your instant price, that information is sent to our own customer-management system, which we host with our service providers in order to answer your enquiry; to the third-party services we use to receive and store enquiries (currently Google Workspace); and to any analytics or advertising tools you have consented to. The data is used to send your quote, follow up with you and, where you have consented, to market our services.
5. Updates
We may update this policy as we add or remove tools. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date and surfaced through our cookie banner.
