Can I use CHSP for house cleaning in Geelong?
Yes — domestic assistance is one of the services CHSP covers. CHSP services are arranged through a CHSP provider after a My Aged Care assessment. Ask your provider whether they can arrange cleaning with NATURO GROUP; if they can, we quote the job for them and work to their schedule.
My CHSP cleaning hours are not enough. Can I book extra?
Yes. You can book extra cleans with us privately, weekly, fortnightly or one-off, with no lock-in contract. As an indicative guide for Geelong in 2026, a regular clean of a 3-bedroom house is $153–$220 per visit.
Is CHSP changing to Support at Home?
Yes, but not yet. The government says CHSP will move into the Support at Home program no earlier than 1 July 2027. Until then, CHSP services continue as they are. If you already have a Support at Home plan, see our Support at Home cleaning page.
How do I get CHSP help in the first place?
Contact My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 or at myagedcare.gov.au to arrange an assessment. Once you are approved for CHSP domestic assistance, you can ask your provider about using us.
