Support at Home

Your aged care provider manages your budget. Ask them to arrange cleaning with NATURO GROUP — we quote the job for them, agree the schedule and invoice them.

Home Care Package

Packages moved into Support at Home on 1 November 2025. Your provider will explain how your budget carries over; cleaning is arranged the same way.

Paying privately

What older people and their families ask us most.

Can I use my Support at Home budget for cleaning in Geelong?
Yes. Domestic assistance such as house cleaning is one of the everyday living services Support at Home can fund. Your aged care provider manages your budget, so ask them to arrange cleaning with NATURO GROUP and we will work out the visit schedule with them.
I still have a Home Care Package. Does that change anything?
Home Care Packages moved into the Support at Home program on 1 November 2025. If you were already receiving or approved for a package, your provider will explain how your budget carries over. Cleaning is arranged the same way — through your provider.
Will I have to pay a contribution for cleaning?
Usually, yes. Under Support at Home, cleaning is an "everyday living" service, which has the highest participant contribution — for example 17.5% of the service price for a full pensioner. Your rate depends on your income and assets, and some people who were on a Home Care Package before 12 September 2024 pay less or nothing. Your provider or My Aged Care (1800 200 422) can confirm your rate.
Are you my aged care provider?
No — we are the cleaning service. Your aged care provider holds your plan and budget and arranges services for you. We work alongside them so you get a reliable cleaner without extra paperwork.
How much does cleaning cost?
When your aged care provider arranges the cleaning, we quote each job for them based on the home and what your care plan needs, so the provider can check it against your budget before visits start. If you pay privately, a regular clean of a 3-bedroom house in Geelong is $153–$220 per visit as an indicative 2026 guide.
Which areas do you cover?
Greater Geelong, the Bellarine and the Surf Coast — including Geelong, Newtown, Highton, Belmont, Grovedale, Waurn Ponds, Armstrong Creek, Mount Duneed, Lara, Leopold, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads and Torquay.
Can family members organise cleaning for a parent?
Yes. Many of our aged care clients are set up by a son, daughter or carer. We can send visit notes to a family member as well as the provider, so everyone knows the clean was done.
